1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Pioneers Demo B2B platform and public website. By accessing the platform you agree to be bound by these terms.

The platform is intended solely for business use by licensed travel agencies and suppliers. It is not intended for consumers.

2. Partner accounts

Access to the agent and supplier portals requires an approved partner account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Bookings & rates

All rates are business-to-business and confidential. Availability and pricing are subject to supplier terms and may change without notice until confirmed.

You are responsible for applying appropriate markups and for the accuracy of any quotes provided to your clients.

4. Payments & settlement

Payments, credit facilities and supplier settlement are governed by your partner agreement. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of services.

5. Liability

We act as a technology marketplace connecting agencies and suppliers. Travel services are delivered by suppliers and subject to their terms. We are not liable for supplier performance beyond what is set out in your partner agreement.

6. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
